Hero's Come Back The Hokage tower as its named is where the Hokage lives and works. He’s the strongest and most respected ninja in the whole village and pretty much controls the whole village as well. Most of the day ninjas will walk in and out of here receiving their missions and delivering mission reports. A ranked missions for the Jonin, B and C ranked missions for the Chunin and C and D ranked mission for the Genin or junior ninja as they’re sometimes called.
