Active From May 3 onward, Referals

While I'll still be doing advertising (and anyone else can as well) this is a more personal recruitment drive. You, personally, refer people to the roleplay. You get someone to join, you get something – at the moment I'm thinking 15 Word of the Day points, but this could vary site to site if people have other suggestions. However, there would be some stipulations:

1. They have to stay active for at least that first month for you to get the points. Mostly I just don't want people to have a friend join for them, be accepted, and then once points are had, friend magically never posts. I trust you all but I'm pessimistic.

2. I'm checking IPs – if it's the same IP as you, or if it's a proxy, it won't count. Sorry, no siblings will count if they use the same connection as you.

3. People do not, actually, have to be brand new. If there is a Pern rper you used to know or used to play here but has long since vanished and is no longer on the members list, they count.

4. You have to be willing to help them out. If they're confused or just need advice they should know they can contact you personally. In a way this is both referral and helping mentoring contest.

This is the gist – there might be more things added as people respond with suggestions or as I think stuff up. No one has to do this – this is just incentive that if someone you know is looking for an rp and might be interested in Pern, steer them toward us. New people is more people to roleplay with, and better storylines!
