Beyond the Weyr

Outside of the Weyr lies mountains, and by the river, cotholds running on down beside it. Eventually beyond that is Tillek and Nabol, the other two major Holds under High Reaches original protection. Now of course, they overlook the whole continent but it is those three who are most loyal to them and who still help out. They respect the dragonriders most. They live in a cold temperate zone, so often their are ever green trees and cold water.
